Prosecutors proved in court that in March 2022, during the occupation of the village of Havronshchyna in the Bucha district, the convicted individual stopped a peaceful resident on the street and, threatening him with a weapon, forced the man to lie on the ground and confess to being a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military or public formations. After beating him, he shot him in the head with automatic weapon fire.
Additionally, while in a state of intoxication, the convicted individual, together with his comrades, entered a house where they held four victims at gunpoint for an extended period and conducted an interrogation, simulating their execution by firing a shot into the ceiling before leaving the house, promising to return the next day and shoot them all.
Furthermore, the private, along with other servicemen of the Russian Federation, entered a woman's house and, threatening her with a weapon, seized her vehicle. A few weeks later, in a similar manner, the occupiers seized the vehicle of another resident of the village of Havronshchyna.
The special pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, with operational support from the Main Directorate of the Counterintelligence Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
