On the night of August 18 to 19, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked Poltava region with strike drones and cruise missiles.

Hits and debris were recorded in the Kremenchuk and Lubny districts. Administrative buildings of critical infrastructure enterprises and local residents' homes were damaged. There were no casualties. Currently, investigative actions are being conducted, and the consequences of the shelling are being documented.   

Under the procedural guidance of the Poltava Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
