30.06.2025
A 26-year-old resident of Lviv has been notified of suspicion for the illegal acquisition, storage for the purpose of sale, and sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in particularly large amounts (Part 1, 2, 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, from March to May 2025, the suspect organized a scheme for the sale of amphetamine and PVP. He received bulk shipments through "megacaches," accepted orders via Telegram, and carried out sales through "stash" placements and postal shipments.
During searches, law enforcement seized nearly 300 packages of drugs, over 450 tablets, 1 kg of cannabis, 2 kg of amphetamine, 2 kg of mephedrone, PVP, and other prohibited substances. Packaging materials, scales, bank cards, and phones were also found.
According to black market prices, the estimated value of the seized items is about 3 million UAH.
At the prosecutor's request, the court has chosen the strictest preventive measure for the suspect — detention without the right to bail.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Stryi District Police Department under the procedural guidance of the Stryi District Prosecutor's Office.
Investigative actions are ongoing, examinations have been appointed, and other involved persons are being identified.
Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
