The Kryvyi Rih Southern District Prosecutor's Office established the fact of improper use of agricultural land valued at nearly 80 million UAH.

Prosecutors found that the Shyrokivska District State Administration leased a land plot of over 36 hectares to an individual for farming purposes.

However, the tenant deliberately violated the terms of the contract and instead of grazing livestock, plowed and used the land for growing agricultural crops.

In order to protect the interests of the state, the district prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in court to terminate the lease agreement.

The court granted the claims and terminated the lease agreement.
