In 2025, based on the lawsuit of the Zhovtovodsk District Prosecutor's Office, the actual execution of the economic court's decision was ensured, and land plots designated for industrial use with a total value of 113 million UAH were returned to communal ownership.

It was established that in 2016, the lease agreement for two land plots with a total area of 64 hectares, intended for the construction of a factory and the arrangement of a quarry, expired. Despite this, the company did not cease its use of the land, and the land plots were not returned to the Saksagansk territorial community. Thus, the terms of the agreement, the norms of the Land Code of Ukraine, and the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Land Lease" were violated.

The legality of the prosecutor's claims was confirmed in court: the panel of judges of the appellate instance agreed with the decision of the first instance court, leaving it unchanged.
