Prosecutors reported suspicion to a local resident who "drained" the enemy's data on the defense of Sumy region and Dnipropetrovsk region

Under the procedural guidance of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a 22-year-old young man has been notified of suspicion for informing the enemy about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
According to the investigation, the suspect was recruited by representatives of the Russian special services while searching for a job in one of the messengers.
On the enemy's orders, he initially collected data on the Defense Forces in Sumy region.
Later, he moved to Dnipropetrovsk region, where he recorded the location and movement of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, checkpoints, and other engineering and fortification structures.
The actions of the suspect have been classified as the dissemination of information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, where possible identification on the ground (part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the request of the investigator and the prosecutor, the court has chosen a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention without the right to bail.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in Sumy region.
