Prykarpattya prosecutors defended the rights of children in court to preserve the shelter in the lyceum

At the request of the Kolomyia District Prosecutor's Office, the Ivano-Frankivsk District Administrative Court recognized the inaction of the village council as unlawful and obliged it to properly formalize the documents for the local lyceum building with shelter for over 230 people.

Prosecutors proved that the lack of formalized ownership rights created a risk of the school and protective structure being unlawfully removed from communal property, which violated the rights of students and community residents.

The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution and issued a ruling in defense of the interests of children and the community.
