Prosecutors supported the charges of assaulting a teacher that occurred on May 11, 2025, in Kharkiv, when a representative of the TCC struck the educator twice in a public place, despite the teacher having a mobilization exemption.

The court examined the evidence provided by the prosecution, confirmed the qualification of the charges, and found the TCC and SP employee guilty, imposing a sentence of three years of restriction of liberty. The court ordered the defendant to pay 150,000 hryvnias in moral damages to the victim.

The public prosecution was supported by prosecutors from the Kharkiv Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Defense Sector of the Eastern Region.
