Thanks to the prosecutors of Vinnytsia, a private enterprise in the city has reimbursed 4 million UAH in unpaid taxes to the budget.

The director of the concrete products manufacturing company provided false information about the financial turnover in the reporting documentation from 2020 to 2025. Over the years, the amount of taxes was understated by more than 4 million UAH.

His actions were classified under Part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code — intentional evasion of tax and fee payments, which led to significant amounts not being received in the budget or state funds.

The entrepreneur admitted his guilt and fully compensated for the damages incurred.

Currently, the materials of the criminal proceedings have been sent to court for a decision.

Under the procedural guidance of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, the pre-trial investigation was conducted by detectives of the Territorial Department of the Bureau of Economic Security in the Vinnytsia region.
