Prosecutors of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office transferred arrested cars to Ukrainian defenders

Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the illegal use of humanitarian aid for profit, committed under martial law (Part 3 of Article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation has established that the vehicles were imported into the territory of Ukraine as humanitarian aid in violation of customs regulations and based on forged documents. The vehicles have been seized, after which all necessary investigative actions were carried out.

The prosecutor emphasized in the court session that further storage of the seized vehicles without proper maintenance could lead to their deterioration.

As a result of the consideration of the prosecutor's motion, the court decided to transfer the seized vehicles for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The vehicles have already been handed over to one of the military units to carry out combat missions.
