Under the procedural guidance of the Slobidsky District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on September 16 at approximately 11:00, a Russian strike drone attacked the city of Kharkiv.

The impact was recorded on the roof of an educational institution in the Slobidsky district of the city: a fire broke out, and the building was damaged.

Three women and one man were injured. 

According to preliminary data, the Russian forces used a drone of the "Geran-2" type against the city.

Prosecutors and police investigators documented the consequences of the enemy's attack.
