He glorified the occupiers and humiliated Ukrainians: in Kharkiv exposed a agitator

Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a 61-year-old man has been notified of suspicion for disseminating materials that justify the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the temporary occupation of part of Ukrainian territory, committed repeatedly (parts 2, 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, from August 2024 to January 2025, the man systematically spread Kremlin propaganda in pro-Russian Telegram chats, in particular commenting on the anniversary of the liberation of Belgorod in 1943, expressing hopes for the "liberation of Kharkiv," belittling Ukrainians, and referring to the war as a "special military operation."

The pre-trial investigation and operational support are conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
