Russia again killed civilians: four dead and dozens wounded

On the night of November 14, 2025, the Russian Federation carried out yet another cynical attack on the civilian population, directing strikes at Kyiv, settlements in the Kyiv region, Odesa region, and Kharkiv region. As a result of the shelling, people were killed, dozens were injured, including children among the victims. Residential buildings, civilian objects, and critical infrastructure were damaged. Prosecutor's offices are documenting all circumstances of these war crimes.
Kyiv
As a result of the attack on the capital, four people were killed in the Desnyanskyi district. At least 27 residents of Kyiv were injured – these are residents of the Desnyanskyi, Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Obolonskyi, and Podilskyi districts. Among the injured are two children.
Thirty-six residential buildings were damaged, including in the Desnyanskyi, Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Podilskyi districts, as well as in the Solomianskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts.
Kyiv Region
According to preliminary data, as a result of the nighttime shelling in the Kyiv region, six civilians were injured, including a 7-year-old child. As of the morning, two men from Bila Tserkva and the Vyshhorod district remain in hospitals.
Damage has been recorded in six districts of the region. In the Bucha district, nine private houses were damaged – from broken windows to partial destruction of the homes. Windows were also shattered in a kindergarten.
In the Bila Tserkva district, civilian production and warehouse facilities, as well as garages, were affected. In the Vyshhorod district, 14 private houses and local residents' cars were damaged. In the Fastiv district, damage to one private house was recorded. In the Obukhiv district, a car was destroyed and a residential building was damaged. In the Brovary district, passenger cars were damaged by debris.
Odesa Region
Using strike drones, the Russian Federation attacked one of the areas in the Odesa region. As a result of the shelling, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged, and a private house and garage nearby were destroyed. A 61-year-old local resident was injured and received medical assistance.
Kharkiv Region
In the village of Cherkaski Tyshky, an enemy FPV drone hit a service vehicle of the gas service that was heading to repair a previously damaged gas pipeline. There were no casualties. The city of Chuhuiv also suffered a massive attack — Russian troops used thirteen strike drones. A civilian enterprise was damaged.
Prosecutors, together with law enforcement agencies, continue to document the consequences of the Russian Federation's war crimes against the civilian population. Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's offices, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
