On the evening of February 12 and the night of February 13, Russian troops killed five people. Among the victims are children. All received the necessary medical assistance. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences of the attacks and recording war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Donetsk Region

On February 12, 2026, at 21:15, the occupiers attacked Kramatorsk. The type of weapon is being determined. 

A part of a family died from a direct hit on a private house: two 19-year-old boys and their 8-year-old brother. The mother and grandmother were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, a concussion, bruises to the chest, spine, and arm, as well as a contusion. They received medical assistance.

Odesa Region

At night, strike drones from the Russian Armed Forces attacked the energy, port infrastructure, and residential sector of Odesa region. 

A 20-year-old man was killed, and six other victims were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.

Two residential 24-story buildings, a car dealership, warehouse buildings, and vehicles were damaged. 

Kharkiv Region

Around 05:30, an enemy FPV drone hit the territory of a private household in the village of Rozsokhuvate in the Izium district. A woman was killed.

Earlier, around 00:25, two drone strikes, preliminarily of the "Geran-2" type, damaged the building of a non-operational driving school in the village of Zolochiv, as well as over 10 private residential houses and vehicles.

A 9-year-old girl and a 67-year-old woman experienced acute stress reactions. They received medical assistance on the spot.
