On November 30, the Russian Federation carried out strikes in several regions of Ukraine. Civilians were affected, and civilian infrastructure was damaged. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences and recording the war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Kharkiv Region.

On November 30, around 23:00, the Russian army struck the village of Martove in the Chuhuiv district.

Two women sustained blast injuries. Residential houses and outbuildings were damaged.

Chernihiv Region.

On November 30, Russian troops struck critical infrastructure in the Koryukivka district with a drone. A local resident was injured. 

Around midnight on the same day, an enemy drone attacked civilian infrastructure in the Desnyan community of the Chernihiv district. A local resident sustained shrapnel injuries and was taken to the hospital. A house was damaged, and a utility building and a vehicle were destroyed by fire.
