The proceedings on an enemy attack on the Kyiv region have been started - a woman was killed, another 7 people were injured

Under the procedural guidance of the Bila Tserkva, Bucha, Boryspil, and Vyshhorod district prosecutors, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on June 23, 2025, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a combined attack on Kyiv region.

As a result of the enemy attack in the Bila Tserkva district, a 67-year-old woman was killed, and 7 people were injured, including 2 rescuers. Two of the injured received medical assistance on the spot, while others were hospitalized.

42 private houses, 128 apartments in multi-storey buildings, 5 medical institutions, and 27 vehicles were damaged, as well as shops, enterprises, educational institutions, a recreational complex, a pharmacy, and a bank.

In the Boryspil district, a private residential house was destroyed, and 13 households, outbuildings, and vehicles were damaged.

Additionally, as a result of the enemy attack in the Bucha district, 5 private residential houses, outbuildings, and vehicles were damaged.

In the Vyshhorod district, a private residential house was damaged.

Law enforcement officers at the scene continue to document the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators from the Bila Tserkva, Bucha, Boryspil, and Vyshhorod police departments of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv region.
