The head of the Kryvyi Rih Northern District Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against a local resident, accused of committing sexual violence against a neighbor's child, producing, acquiring, and intentionally storing child pornography, as well as hooliganism.

His actions have been classified under Part 4 of Article 153, Part 1 and 3 of Article 301-1, and Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the man, having taken advantage of the child's trust, committed illegal acts against her and recorded it on video.

Upon his arrest, the accused threatened law enforcement officers with a simulated grenade and a kitchen knife. Additionally, during the examination of his phone, video files containing child pornography were discovered.

Currently, the man is in custody without the right to bail.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Police Department No. 5 of the Kryvyi Rih District Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
