The prosecutor reported that, due to the fact that sufficient evidence and materials have already been gathered at this time, the need for his isolation from possible illegal influence, particularly on witnesses, has lost its relevance. 

Currently, key investigative actions in the criminal proceedings have been completed, the main witnesses have been interrogated, and evidence that cannot be destroyed or distorted has been collected and secured, as well as a number of forensic examinations conducted. 

The change in position regarding the preventive measure currently indicates the sufficiency of the collected evidence for further pre-trial investigation and consideration of the criminal proceedings on the merits, and does not require the application of strict preventive measures. At the same time, we emphasize that this change is not an exoneration of the suspect, but a decision that complies with the law, the principle of proportionality, and the actual state of the investigation.
