At the request of the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General, the court extended the preventive measure in the form of detention for the former president of Motor Sich JSC for another two months – until December 20, 2025, with the determination of the bail amount at 908.3 million UAH.

He is accused of intending to transfer 128 engines produced by Motor Sich JSC to representatives of the aggressor state through a foreign legal entity for over 62 million USD. Of these, 7 were supplied for an amount exceeding 3.4 million USD to an illegal armed or militarized formation created in the temporarily occupied territory.

In addition, he is charged with aiding the aggressor state, participating in a terrorist organization, obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and other crimes (Part 4 of Article 111-1, Part 1 of Article 111-2, Part 1 of Article 258-3, Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The public prosecution is supported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

At the same time, based on the materials of criminal proceedings initiated by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, a sanction was applied to the accused by the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court on April 18, 2024.

To the state revenue, the following has been seized:

- 14 real estate objects in the Zaporizhzhia region (including residential houses, land plots, a garage, a fish farm "Kosa Obitochna", administrative buildings); property rights to trademarks and property rights to patents for industrial designs;

- corporate rights (51% of LLC "Zolota Aistra", 90.1% of LLC "SK Motor-Garant", 100% of LLC "Vinnytsia Aviation Plant", 100% of LLC "Helicopters MSB", 100% of JSC "Motor-Bank", 16.7% of LLC "Azov Trade-XXI");

- 336 units of firearms;

- monetary funds totaling approximately 615 million UAH.
