Prosecutors of Vinnytsia region have submitted an indictment to the court against a 44-year-old man who coerced a minor into creating child pornography. 

It has been established that since 2023, one of the accused, posing as a 17-year-old teenager, communicated with a seven-year-old girl via messenger. Using psychological pressure and blackmail, he forced the child for two years to take and send photos and videos of her naked body and genitals.

Additionally, from 2015 to 2025, the man systematically collected and stored over 500 files of child pornography on his phone, some of which he distributed in closed messenger groups. There, during communication, he exchanged them with his 56-year-old accomplice.

Both men were exposed in July 2025. They are currently in custody.

The first is charged under Part 3 of Article 149, Part 2 of Article 156, and Parts 1-4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (recruitment and coercion of a minor to create child pornography, lewd acts, possession and distribution of child pornography).

The second is charged under Part 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (possession of child pornography for the purpose of distribution, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement).

The victim has been provided with qualified assistance.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Vinnytsia region.
