With the participation of prosecutors from the Office of the Attorney General, the verdict of the Volovets District Court is being reviewed in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal in a criminal proceeding concerning three minors for the act of sexual violence against a minor.

The court session on 13.10.2025 in the Transcarpathian Court of Appeal has been postponed due to the absence of one of the defense attorneys. The accused under part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are being held in custody.

We remind you that by the verdict of the Volovets District Court dated 07.02.2025, the accused were found guilty of committing a crime as stipulated in part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and were sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment.
