The investigation into the circumstances of the patient's death after treatment at a private medical institution in Odesa is ongoing

Under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, two doctors from a private clinic in the city of Odesa have been notified of suspicion for improper performance of professional duties, which resulted in the death of a patient (Part 1 of Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The victim was a well-known businessman, the owner of one of the largest development companies in Ukraine and a media outlet.
