At the request of the Central District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Dnipro, filed in the interests of the Dnipro City Council, the court ordered the enterprise to pay 13.2 million UAH in debt for the use of the land plot.

It was established that the enterprise used a land plot in the city of Dnipro, covering almost 6 hectares, without proper legal documents from 2023 to 2025 and did not pay the mandatory fees for its use. 

As a result of these actions, the local budget lost over 13 million UAH.

In order to protect the interests of the state and the territorial community, prosecutors filed a lawsuit to recover the debt. 

The court granted the claims in full.
