A saboteur from Moldova was detained in Kyiv, who burned two relay cabinets of Ukrzaliznyts

Prosecutors of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office have informed a citizen of the Republic of Moldova of suspicion, who in March of this year, carrying out tasks from a curator from the Russian special services, set fire to two relay cabinets of Ukrzaliznytsia.
His actions have been qualified as committing sabotage under martial law (Part 2 of Article 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Thus, being recruited by a Russian agent in “Telegram” with the nickname “Operator,” the suspect, while carrying out the task, destroyed 2 relay cabinets of incoming signals on the railway tracks of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” by setting them on fire. He was promised that the money for the completed task would be transferred to his cryptocurrency wallet.
In the fall, he was detained. During a search, a white substance weighing 100 grams was seized from the suspect, which, according to preliminary data, is a narcotic drug “cocaine,” weighing approximately 100 grams, as well as leather pouches and zip bags used for packaging and concealing drugs. The seized substance has been sent for examination.
The suspect in committing sabotage has been chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention.
The pre-trial investigation, under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, is being conducted by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region, with operational support from the Department of Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine.
