Prosecutors of the Kryvyi Rih Central District Prosecutor's Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding the local head of a charitable foundation for organizing the illegal transportation of individuals across the state border of Ukraine and for abuse of influence (Part 3 of Article 332, Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the suspect promised a conscripted man assistance in obtaining a fictitious disability for the purpose of further unhindered travel abroad during the period of martial law for 17,000 US dollars.
