The Mukachevo District Prosecutor's Office demands that the additional agreements to the contract for the procurement of equipment for schools be declared invalid and that the defendant pay over 4.5 million UAH in penalties to the budget.

This concerns a contract that the Department of Education of the Mukachevo City Council signed in 2024. According to the terms of the contract, a private company was to supply projectors and interactive panels for classrooms of grades 5–6 for a total of nearly 12 million UAH. 

Despite the lack of legal grounds, the parties signed an additional agreement that extended the delivery period of the goods by almost a month. As a result, even the new deadlines were not met by the supplier, who only delivered the equipment in December of last year.

The lawsuit from the Mukachevo District Prosecutor's Office has been sent to the Economic Court of the Transcarpathian Region for consideration on the merits.
