The Economic Court of Zaporizhia region has satisfied the claim of the Zaporizhia Regional Prosecutor's Office for the recovery from the joint-stock company in favor of the territorial community of funds for the share participation in the development of engineering, transport, and social infrastructure in the amount of over 2.5 million UAH.

Prosecutors proved in court that the business entity, during the construction of a multi-storey residential building with an area of over 6.8 thousand square meters in the territory of Zaporizhia, contrary to the requirements of the legislation, did not conclude an agreement with the city council on share participation in the development of the city's infrastructure. Furthermore, after the completion of the construction, the company did not apply to the city council with a request to determine the amount of share participation and its payment.

After the decision comes into legal force, the prosecutor's office will take measures to ensure its actual implementation.
