Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, a local resident has been exposed for passing information to the enemy about objects of strategic importance for Ukraine's defense capability. 

According to the investigation, a 23-year-old man, who was looking for "easy money," agreed to cooperate with a representative of the aggressor state. For a monetary reward, the suspect collected and sent information via "Telegram" regarding the locations of military equipment and personnel of the defense forces. 

He also transmitted photos, videos, and coordinates of the locations of the TCC and SP in various districts of Zaporizhzhia. For the information that the occupiers planned to use for launching missile and bomb strikes, he received a reward in foreign currency.

The man was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and was notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason). Currently, the suspect is in custody by court decision. 

Comprehensive measures to expose him were carried out by employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region in cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
