Participants of the action against servicemen near the city stadium in Vinnitsa reported suspicion

Three participants of the action to obstruct the servicemen of the Vinnytsia OMTCK and SP near the city stadium have been notified of suspicion.
According to the investigation, on August 1 of this year, servicemen of the city recruitment center delivered to the gathering point men who were wanted as individuals evading military service or who did not have a temporary exemption from conscription.
Among the men were relatives of the suspects, whom the women attempted to "take home."
In support of their cause, the women organized a crowd of citizens. At the same time, they were live-streaming the event on various social media platforms.
Due to the actions of the suspects, the servicemen of the Vinnytsia OMTCK and SP were unable to perform their official duties in a timely manner during the special period.
The actions of the women have been classified under part 4 of Article 27, part 1 of Article 114-1, and part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely – incitement to obstruction and obstruction of the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during a special period, as well as the dissemination of information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations established in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, with the possibility of their identification in the area, committed under martial law.
Earlier, five individuals – participants of the action – received suspicions under part 1 of Article 114-1 and Article 341.
Investigative actions in the criminal proceedings are ongoing.
Under the procedural guidance of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, the pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators from the SBU department in the Vinnytsia region.
Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
