Under the procedural guidance of the Novobavar District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on September 18, between 16:00 and 16:20, Russian strike drones attacked a non-operational civilian enterprise in the Novobavar district of Kharkiv.

Buildings were damaged.

It has been preliminarily established that the enemy used five drones of the "Molniya" type.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.
