He ordered the destruction of the village of Teterivske during the occupation of the Kyiv region-in absentia reported suspicion

Under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General, a suspicion has been announced in absentia against a Colonel General of the Russian Armed Forces, who held the position of Commander of the Eastern Military District in March 2022, for violating the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, the suspect, during a service meeting of the leaders of military units and formations of the Russian Armed Forces that were conducting an offensive in the Kyiv region, issued an obviously criminal order to use combat aviation and artillery against the village of Teterivske in the Vyshhorod district of Kyiv region, which is not a military target and where the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not carry out defensive measures while protecting the Kyiv region.

In execution of the obviously criminal order, his subordinate military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces grouping "EAST" carried out aviation missile-bomb and artillery strikes on the specified settlement. As a result, 74 residential buildings in the village were destroyed and damaged, and two civilians among the residents of the village were killed.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, with operational support from the Department of Counterintelligence of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
