As a result of attacks by the Russian armed forces in the Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions, one person has died, and four others have been injured. Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the attack. Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors, criminal proceedings have been opened regarding the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).  

Sumy region.

On November 27, the enemy shelled civilian infrastructure in the Sumy region with artillery. In the Seredyno-Buda community of the Shostka district, two women were injured.

In the Krasnopillia community of the Sumy district, an educational institution was damaged.

Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a result of a drone attack on the morning of November 28, a private house was damaged in the Synelnykove district.

At night in the same district, a woman was injured due to a drone attack. Private houses and a gas pipeline were damaged. 

Additionally, in the evening of November 27, as a result of shelling with guided aerial bombs in the Pokrov community, a man was killed, and a woman was injured. A private house was destroyed, and a gas pipeline and power line were damaged.

In other communities of the district, private houses were damaged by enemy drones.
