A video has been published on one of the Telegram channels, showing a civilian trying to evacuate from the village of Udachne. The man was walking along the roadside, holding a suitcase with remnants of personal belongings. A serviceman from the Russian Armed Forces, positioned in a ruined building, cynically opened targeted fire and killed the passerby with automatic weapons.

Information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations regarding the war crime that resulted in a person's death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine are conducting a pre-trial investigation. Urgent investigative (search) actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the event and those involved in committing the specified crime among the servicemen of the Russian Federation.

This is already the third recorded instance by the prosecutors of the region of civilians being shot by occupying forces this year.
