He has been notified of suspicion under part 2 of article 436-2, part 1 of article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In Transcarpathia, a resident of the Mukachevo district will be tried for publicly denying that Transcarpathia is part of Ukraine on his own social media page and calling for its separation. Among other things, he reposted publications claiming that Ukraine supposedly originally belonged to the Russian Federation and spread videos showing the territory of Ukraine divided among neighboring countries. He is charged under part 1 of article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The pre-trial investigation, under the procedural guidance of the Chernihiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Transcarpathian regional prosecutor's offices, is being conducted by regional units of the Security Service of Ukraine.
