According to the investigation, on the morning of October 20, a Russian strike drone, presumably of the "Geran-2" type, attacked the village of Orilka in the Lozivskyi district. Private residential houses were damaged.

A 42-year-old woman was injured. Her husband and their two sons — boys aged 11 and 19 — experienced acute stress reactions.

On October 19, the Russian army shelled the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi. A 71-year-old man was killed, and another man was injured. According to preliminary data, the enemy used multiple rocket launchers against the settlement.

Under the procedural guidance of the Lozivskyi and Kupianskyi district prosecutors of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
