Under the procedural guidance of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of a war crime that resulted in the deaths of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on September 25, 2025, at approximately 5:00 AM, the occupiers directed an FPV drone at a scooter that was moving near the village of Lviv.

As a result of the attack, two men aged 68 and 45, who were traveling on this vehicle along the highway, were killed.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.
