According to the investigation, on September 25, around 3:00 AM, a Russian drone of the "Geran-2" type attacked the village of Prykolotne in the Kupiansk district. 

A building of a communal enterprise and several houses were damaged.

A 59-year-old man was killed. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of a war crime that resulted in a person's death (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
