According to the investigation, on the morning of September 24, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out an airstrike on the village of Shypuvate in the Kupiansk district.

Residential houses, outbuildings, and an educational institution were damaged.

A 42-year-old woman sustained injuries and trauma. The victim was taken to the hospital.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
