On July 14, around 12:00, two Russian UAVs struck the city of Zlatopeil in the Kharkiv region.

A 57-year-old woman was killed. Ten other people, including a 13-year-old girl, were injured and wounded.

A boiler house, residential buildings, outbuildings, an administrative building, and vehicles were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Lozova District Prosecutor's Office in the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the commission of a war crime that resulted in a person's death (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
