Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the facts of committing war crimes that resulted in the death of people (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

During the day on November 14, the Russian Armed Forces attacked the city of Chornomorsk with strike drones.

The enemy attacked the local market.

As a result of the attack, a 70-year-old woman and a 53-year-old woman were killed on the spot. Ten more people were injured, including a one-and-a-half-year-old child. Information regarding other possible victims is currently being clarified.

Three vehicles were destroyed and fifteen were damaged.

Prosecutors are working on-site together with police officers and SBU employees. 

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the SBU in the Odesa region.
