On July 24, around 11:30, the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out an airstrike on the Industrial District of Kharkiv. The strike hit a medical facility.

As of now, 14 people are known to be injured, including a 12-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.

According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out by a KAB UMPB-5 from a Su-34 aircraft from the settlement of Tomarivka in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.

Under the procedural guidance of the Nemishlyansky District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
