On the night of December 12, the Russian army struck cities in Ukraine. Medical personnel and rescuers are working on-site. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences and recording war crimes of the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Kharkiv region.

Around 3:20 AM, the enemy attacked the village of Vysokyi in the Kharkiv district with drones. According to preliminary data, Russian troops used UAVs of the "Geran-2" type.

Houses and road surfaces were damaged. A man suffered an acute stress reaction. 

Dnipropetrovsk region. 

As a result of a drone attack in the Pavlohrad district, one man was killed, and four others were injured. Private houses were damaged.

In the Synelnykove district, a UAV damaged an outbuilding.

Odesa region.

Odesa was also hit by a massive drone strike. Energy facilities, administrative buildings, and warehouses were damaged.
