The enemy continues to attack the civilian population: there are dead and wounded

The Russian army continues its attacks on peaceful cities. People have died from the strikes, and medical personnel are providing assistance to the injured. Rescuers are working at the impact sites. Prosecutors, together with law enforcement, are documenting the consequences of the attacks and recording war crimes committed by the Russian Federation under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Kyiv Region
As a result of the attack in the Bilohorodka territorial community, a multi-story residential building was damaged. A fire broke out on the roof and upper floor.
According to preliminary data, a man and a woman were killed. Four more people sought medical assistance.
Dnipro Region
At night, the occupiers launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. Two people were injured. Vehicles and critical infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In the Pavlohrad district, the enemy attacked with drones — a farm, a vehicle, and equipment were damaged.
In Nikopol, private residential houses, solar panels, and power lines were damaged.
Also, in the evening of January 27, Russian forces attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone in the Synelnykove district. A man was killed, and four others were injured.
In the Vasylkiv community, a woman was injured, and the property of local residents was damaged.
Odesa Region
On the night of January 28, Russian forces attacked residential areas and port infrastructure in Odesa and the region with strike drones.
A residential building was damaged, an outbuilding was destroyed, and part of a monastery building was partially damaged.
Three men were injured, one of whom was hospitalized.
Zaporizhzhia Region
In the morning, the Russians struck one of the residential districts of the city. According to preliminary data, the enemy used multiple rocket launchers.
Multi-apartment buildings were damaged. Cars located near the impact sites were burned.
As of 9:00 AM on January 28, four injuries have been reported.
Kharkiv Region
On January 27, near the village of Yazykove in the Barvinkove territorial community of the Izium district, Russian troops attacked a passenger train on the route "Chop – Kharkiv – Barvinkove."
Two impacts were recorded near the train, and another one hit a carriage. A fire broke out.
Fragments of five bodies were found. Identification of the deceased will only be possible after DNA tests are conducted.
Medical personnel provided assistance to two injured individuals.
