Hostile attacks in the regions of Ukraine: prosecutor's office captures the consequences of military crimes

Dnipropetrovsk Region
According to the investigation, on the night of September 27, Russian military forces attacked the village of Pokrovske in the Synelnykove district with drones.
As a result of the shelling, a woman was injured. Private houses, outbuildings, vehicles, garage premises, an administrative building, a museum building, and a store were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a criminal proceeding has been initiated regarding the fact of a war crime (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Kharkiv Region
According to the investigation, on September 26 at approximately 17:15 in Kharkiv, a Russian drone "Molniya" hit the roof of a furniture store. One woman sustained an explosive injury, and three other women experienced acute stress reactions.
At 16:50 on the same day, an airstrike on the village of Bilyi Kolodets in the Chuhuiv district damaged at least 10 residential buildings. A 60-year-old man and a 78-year-old woman were injured.
In the Kupiansk district, an FPV drone hit near a police service vehicle. Four law enforcement officers were injured, and the vehicle was damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, as well as the Chuhuiv and Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Zaporizhzhia
According to the investigation, on the night of September 27, the Russian army attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones.
As a result of the enemy drones hitting a supermarket building, a fire broke out. The shock wave and debris damaged commercial facilities, a public transport stop, and other infrastructure. Vehicles were also damaged.
Information regarding the injured is being clarified.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office, an investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceeding is being conducted by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region.
