Influence on officials of the TCC in Kyiv region and the Central Administrative Court in Dnipropetrovsk region: the prosecutor's office opposes illegal ways of obtaining documents

The prosecutor's office and law enforcement continue to uncover the ways of illegal enrichment related to influencing officials. All individuals have been notified of suspicion, and investigative actions are ongoing.

Kyiv Region: In Boryspil, a man promised to "resolve the issue" at the military enlistment office for $8,500

Prosecutors of the Boryspil District Prosecutor's Office have notified a local resident of suspicion of receiving unlawful benefits for influencing the decision-making of officials, combined with extortion of such benefits (Part 3 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The man demanded $8,500 from a citizen for influencing officials of the Boryspil District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in "resolving the issue" of removing a person from the wanted list in the "Oberih" database and undergoing a military medical commission without the participation of the conscript himself.

On October 14, 2025, the man was detained by law enforcement after receiving the unlawful benefit.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Boryspil District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region.

Urgent investigative actions are ongoing.

Dnipro Region: "Registration" for $1,000 — a woman has been exposed for facilitating the change of registration for conscripts

Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a woman has been notified of suspicion for influencing the decision-making of a person authorized to perform local government functions (Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It has been established that a resident of Dnipro organized a scheme to receive unlawful benefits from conscripted men for deregistration and registration of residence without checking the availability of military accounting documents from the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.

For $1,000, she promised the conscript to influence officials of one of the departments of the Department of Administrative Services and Permitting Procedures of the Dnipro City Council, who were supposed to ensure the registration of residence.

In most cases, such "re-registration" was necessary for conducting real estate transactions. The woman was exposed after receiving the agreed funds. Other individuals involved in the illegal activity are being identified.

Pre-trial investigation: Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region with operational support from the Security Service of Ukraine in the region.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
