Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in a criminal proceeding regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on October 13 at approximately 09:20, an explosion occurred in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv.

A FPV drone reportedly hit a room in the dormitory of an educational institution.

Displaced persons reside in the mentioned dormitory.

Parked cars were also damaged.

There were no casualties.

Prosecutors from the Kyiv District Prosecutor's Office and the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with police investigators, documented the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
