Under the procedural guidance of the Novobavar District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a 36-year-old man has been charged with attacking a police officer and representatives of the TCC and SP.

He is accused of threatening the life of a law enforcement officer (Article 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and an attempted intentional murder of two or more persons in connection with their official duties (Part 2 of Article 15, Paragraphs 1, 8 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

On August 14, 2025, at approximately 22:15 in Kharkiv, a police officer, together with employees of the district TCC and SP, was conducting notifications of military personnel regarding mobilization measures during martial law.

Subsequently, the attacker struck three TCC employees in turn: one in the head and arm with a knife, another in the head and subclavian area, and another in the torso area.

The suspect immediately fled through the yards and tried to hide. However, law enforcement quickly established his whereabouts.

The man has been placed in custody without the right to bail.

The victims are in medical facilities, receiving the necessary assistance.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the SV of the VPU No. 1 of the Kharkiv Regional Police Department No. 3.
