With the support of the public prosecution by prosecutors of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a 34-year-old man was found guilty by the court of committing sabotage under martial law. The man was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property. He is also required to compensate for nearly one million UAH in damages.
It was established that the accused, seeking extra work, received an offer via “Telegram” for 350 US dollars to find and set fire to a relay cabinet of Ukrzaliznytsia, which he agreed to. At the “Darnytsia” station, the man found the relay cabinet, doused it with a fire-starting solution, and set it on fire. 

The pre-trial investigation, under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, was conducted by investigators of the SBU Main Investigation Department in the city of Kyiv and Kyiv region.
