According to the facts of attacks on Odessa, Donetsk and Sumy region, investigation has been launched

Odesa

On the night of July 22, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked Odesa with strike drones. It has been preliminarily established that the enemy used 12 UAVs.

A 41-year-old local resident was injured – the woman sustained a mine-explosive injury and was hospitalized. Information regarding other possible victims is currently being clarified.

The attack caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure: a 25-story residential building, a supermarket, a gym, and an administrative building were damaged. More than 30 vehicles were also damaged, of which at least 12 cars were completely destroyed by fire.

Donetsk Region

On July 22, 2025, at 04:40, Russian troops dropped a "FAB-250" with a guided bomb module on Kramatorsk. The munition hit an apartment building. As a result of the shelling, a 10-year-old boy died from injuries incompatible with life. Eight people were also injured in their homes.

At the same time, the enemy attacked residential buildings in Sloviansk with two aerial bombs. As a result of the strikes, four people who were in their residences sustained bodily injuries. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, an open fracture, and lacerations.

In the populated areas, multi-story buildings and vehicles were damaged.

Sumy Region

On July 21, 2025, around 20:00, the occupiers attacked a gas station in the city of Putyvl in the Sumy region with a drone. Four people were injured, including a 5-year-old boy.

At 21:50, the enemy attacked this facility again with a drone. Seven people were injured.

At 22:30, the enemy dropped two guided bombs on Sumy. Thirteen people were injured, including a 6-year-old boy. Five multi-story residential buildings, two private households, a shopping center, 18 vehicles, and a civilian infrastructure facility were damaged.

Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa, Donetsk, and Sumy regional prosecutors' offices, as well as the Konotop District Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the shelling incidents (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

All facts of the war crimes committed by the Russian Federation will be documented and submitted to the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine.
