Prosecutors of the Chernivtsi Regional Prosecutor's Office have sent an indictment to the court regarding the governor of the Voronezh region.

He is accused of financing actions aimed at changing the borders of the territory and the state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine (Part 1 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Russian official personally organized the supply of material resources and equipment for the armed forces of the Russian Federation, which are conducting combat operations in Ukraine. This includes quadcopters, generators, radios, night vision devices, vehicles, and other equipment that helps the enemy destroy our cities and villages.

The accused also facilitated the allocation of budget funds from the regional reserve fund to support the servicemen of the Russian Federation.

He is currently under sanctions from Ukraine and a number of Western countries, including the USA, EU, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

The special pre-trial investigation was conducted under the procedural guidance of the Chernivtsi Regional Prosecutor's Office by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi region.
